Transfer of funds must be made after your personal manager has confirmed opening of your trading account. We accept only direct transfer from your bank account (credit cards and web money is not accepted)
We recommend you to make sure, that you have been provided with all necessary documents by your personal manager, including:
Document, confirming opening of your financial instruments account, Brokerage agreement. These documents with adequate data will be necessary for you to perform funds transfer to your trading account.
Upon receipt of the confirmation, we will transfer the respective deposit to your trading account, and you will be informed accordingly by your personal manager. You will be also provided with an electronic message, facilitating activation of your trading account on the trading platform. Immediately after the activation, you will be granted access to trading.
In order to perform transfer of funds from your trading account to your current account, you have to submit a valid order via remote account management system MULTINET or via the communication system (chat), operating on SMPTrader platform. Funds will be transferred to your personal current account in the Bank within 3 working days.
